Estimated Time: Please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your item. You will receive a confirmation email and Tracking Number once your item has been dispatched.
Our Delivery Partner: Parcels will be sent using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service, which is fully insured, trackable and will arrive the next working day. Delivery on a designated day is available on request.

We are currently unable to process orders from outside the UK through our website. However, if you would like to purchase an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org where we can discuss different payment methods and delivery options based on the item(s) you are interested in and your location.
Your items will be sent in standard Royal Mail Special Delivery Envelopes, which aren’t branded or marked as having jewellery inside. However, our store’s address will be written on the outside of the parcel.
If an item is in stock and doesn’t need altering e.g. a ring that doesn’t need to be resized, you can collect it the same day. Please contact us if you would like to confirm that this is possible prior to ordering.
If you have ordered an item that is being made specially for you, you will be emailed with an estimated delivery date within 24 hours. As soon as your item is ready, you’ll be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date, or collection from store.
If you have paid for your item using one of our Interest Free Finance options, your order must be posted to the address on your finance application. For all other payment methods, your order can be sent to an alternative address.
We would be happy to offer a refund or exchange on items purchased online, within 14 days, as long as they are returned in an unworn, unused condition.
