We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly and aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) subject to product availability and clearance of payment. If for any reason there is going to be a delay, or an item needs to be specially handcrafted for you, we will contact you immediately to advise when you can expect your jewellery to arrive.

All parcels will be sent using Royal Mail's, fully insured, Special Delivery Service, which guarantees delivery before 1pm the next working day. Your parcel will need to be signed for. If you are not present at the time of delivery your parcel may be taken to your local sorting office.


Our Click & Collect service enables you to buy online and collect from the Phillip Stoner store of your choice. After completing your purchase online, a member of the Phillip Stoner team will contact you to find out which store would be most convenient for you to visit and to let you know how quickly your item(s) will be available for collection.

Please bring a copy of your invoice or order confirmation and one piece of ID with you.


We are currently unable to process international orders through our website. We would be happy to discuss your individual payment and delivery options based on the item(s) you are interested in and your country of destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your online purchase, however if you decide you would like to return or exchange your item(s), we will accept goods returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery or collection.*

To return an item for refund or exchange:

  1. Please email info@phillipstoner.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Return your unworn, undamaged item, in its original packaging, using a fully insured delivery service.

  3. As soon as we receive the returned item(s), a member of the team will contact you to arrange an exchange as per your request, or to confirm your refund.

*Bespoke items that have been engraved, specially made or re-sized at your request or approval are non-returnable. Items purchased online that have been worn or used are non-returnable unless defective. Postage costs will not be refunded and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using Royal Mail's insured Special Delivery Service to ensure goods reach us safely. 

**Please note that orders paid for by Interest Free Credit must be delivered to the address named on the application.
