How Does This Work?

We at Phillip Stoner understand that buying a piece of jewellery can be daunting so it is an experience we try to make as special and relaxed as possible whether you are buying from our online store or visiting one of our four branches.

We will be more than happy to spend time with you going through the finer points of buying jewellery and putting you at ease answering any questions you may have.

If you are thinking of buying online you can use the enquire button that is on every page to ask any questions you may have before taking the plunge.

Alternatively with our reserve facility you can secure an item for up to five days for your viewing, so you are safe in the knowledge that the item will not be sold. Don’t worry though even if you reserve an item there will also be plenty of other pieces to view in store and you are not tied to that one piece.

This is how it works:-

1. When you see an item you like, press the reserve button underneath the description.
2. Please fill out the form with your name and contact details and the day you wish to view the item as well as your desired location.
3. We will then take the item out of stock, and this can then not be reserved by any other customer.
4. You will then be contacted by one of our sales professionals who will confirm your reservation.
