Shipping
We are happy to deliver your purchase to the address you give us when placing your order.
There is no delivery charge for orders over £100.
For orders up to £100, there is a £5 delivery charge.
Items in stock are usually dispatched within three working days of you placing your order.
If the item is not in stock or needs to be made specially we will contact you immediately.
We are only able to deliver your purchase to a UK address.
Returns
If you decide you do not want a purchase made online, please return it to us for a refund.
We are able to refund you for returned items purchased online that are unworn, unused or are defective.
We are unable to give a refund for items that have been engraved, specially made or re-sized at your request or approval.
To return an item for refund, please call Clare, our website manager, on 0113 234 3003 and ask us for a Returns Number.
Please contact us for your Returns Number within seven days of receiving the item; and return it to us within seven days of requesting your Returns Number.

Once we have received your returned item we will refund the purchase price within 7 days.
If the item is defective, we will also refund the cost of the Special Delivery (though not any other courier, overnight or express method of delivery).
