Our story
Phillip Stoner the Jeweller is now acknowledged as the North of England’s leading bespoke designer and diamond and platinum specialist.
Founded by Phillip Stoner in 1982, we expanded into Halifax before launching in Leeds’ retail and leisure destination The Light.
2007 saw the opening of our flagship store, complete with a luxury VIP room, in the city’s prestigious Victoria Quarter, hailed as the “Knightsbridge of the North.”
Our reputation for outstanding quality and service extends to high-profile commissions for organisations such as Yorkshire County Cricket Club, for whom we produced the Dickie Bird clock and Darren Gough’s retirement trophy. We are also proud to have been entrusted with work on the Lord Mayor of Leeds’ chain of office, and the Leeds City Council mace.
